Cancellation Policy

Appointments: A valid credit/debit card is required to hold your appointment for all services. A $25 non-refundable deposit is also required for your appointment and it will be applied towards your Crystal Healing Session. We recommend you make a reservation 48 hours in advance for any of our services. You must be 18 years or older to make an appointment for any service. Any information you provide on our site will not be sold or disclosed to any outside party. Cancellations: We realize that at times unexpected circumstances may require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. Any cancellations with less than 12 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to charge the credit/debit card on file 100% for the service booked. Upon the 2nd instance of a late cancellation, “no show”, or rescheduling you will be required to pre-pay for any future appointments. Payments: We accept cash and credit/debit cards. We DO NOT accept insurance of any kind. Gratuities (or tips) are not included in our prices. Thank you in advance for your understanding
